The Vice-President (Administration) has called an Special General Meeting (SGM) for the evening of 14 Mar 2017 (exact time and date TBA) to discuss and vote on proposed amendments to the Constitution of the ANU LSS. The proposed amendments have been designed to enhance the internal consistency and coherency of the document, and to ensure compliance with the Associations Incorporation Act 1991 (ACT). The document below shows the proposed revised version of the Constitution, with all changes explained via Comments in the margins of the document. These changes will be voted on as individual motions at the SGM, which will be publicised at least one week prior to the meeting. However, for present purposes, all proposed changes can be deducted by comparing the amended sections (flagged in the Comments) against the current version of the Constitution, available below.
