2018 Gilbert & Tobin Law Ball
This year saw Law Ball reach new heights with an even larger size, being held at the National Convention Centre! The theme of the evening was 1920’s prohibition and it was great to see so many attendees dressed on theme. It began with canapes in the foye
r before guests were invited through the alley way and into the LSS’s very own secret underground bar where the alcohol was definitely flowing. After a two-course meal we danced the night away under a canopy of fairy lights with the assistance of an amazing life performance by the Capital Breakfast Club. The night didn’t end there as Genie jumped on the decks and then led the crowd to Canberra’s next best secret nightclub, Mooseheads!

All in all it was a wonderful evening for us Law Students to celebrate and let our hair down in the classiest way we know how. Thanks to the events team for a such a glamourous evening and we are all already looking forward to what next year has in store.
